Primorski duhovniki: žrtve revolucije
Izvleček
Prispevek pregledno obravnava smrtne žrtve, ki jih je revolucionarna
stran oziroma partizansko gibanje povzročilo med duhovniki
in bogoslovci na Primorskem med drugo svetovno vojno. Šlo
je za razmeroma malo žrtev, zlasti v primerjavi s t. i. Ljubljansko
pokrajino. Do konca vojne je bilo tako na Primorskem pobitih sedem
duhovnikov in dva bogoslovca. Večina primorskih duhovnikov
se je med drugo svetovno vojno postavila na stran rešitve narodnega
vprašanja oziroma narodnih idealov. Zato tudi v glavnem
niso nasprotovali partizanskemu osvobodilnemu gibanju, pač pa
komunistični revoluciji. Razmere so se poslabšale zlasti po nemškem
vkorakanju na Primorsko septembra 1943, ko se je povečal
tudi partizanski pritisk na primorske duhovnike.
