Pregled zakonodajnega okvira varstva pri delu s stališča varstva duševnega zdravja zaposlenih
Izvleček
Članek zasleduje problematiko pravice do varnih in zdravih delovnih razmer skozi pregled skladnosti nacionalne zakono-daje s predpisi in akti eU na področju varnosti, zdravja pri delu in delovnega okolja, ki vključuje tudi pravico vseh delavcev do dostojanstva pri delu, ter slovenske in tuje prakse na tem po-dročju. Pravni okvir na področju delovnega prava in varstva delavcev je postavljen s strani evropske komisije, ki je uvedla ukrepe za zagotovitev varnosti in zdravja delavcev pri delu v eU, s ciljem preprečevanja poklicnih bolezni, zaščite varnosti in zdravja, odpravo tveganj in vzrokov poškodb pri delu in se uporablja za vsa področja dejavnosti, javnih in zasebnih ter tudi nacionalne zakonodaje. Navkljub vsem zakonodajnim določi-lom na področju varstva pri delu in zelo jasno določenim ukre-pom, se v raziskavah na področju varnosti in zdravja delavcev pri delu še vedno intenzivno ukvarjajo s specifičnimi področji vzrokov za nevarnosti in bolezni v fizičnem, organizacijskem in socialnem okolju ter povečanim absentizmom, prezentizmom in fluktuacije.
