Konflikt med politiko in uradništvom pri zaposlovanju javnih uslužbencev v Sloveniji in Italiji
Izvleček
Leto 2018 je v Sloveniji in Italiji v znamenju volitev. V obeh dr-žavah politične stranke razpravljajo o programih, ki bi naredili javno upravo učinkovitejšo. Pri tem je jasno izražen konflikt med politiko in uradništvom. Namen tega članka je ugotoviti stopnjo (de)politizacije javne uprave v Sloveniji in Italiji ter mehanizme za večjo odzivnost in učinkovitost uprave. Kvalitativna analiza bo izvedena s pomočjo strukturiranega intervjuja z uradniki na polo-žaju v obeh državah.
