Reševanje krize grškega dolga s tremi programi finančne pomoči
Izvleček
V tem članku je kriza grškega državnega dolga predstavljena v treh zaporednih primerih, od katerih vsak ustreza razvoju, ki je vo-dil do treh programov finančne pomoči. Vsak od teh primerov je vključen v pripoved o krizi, ki predstavlja značilne karakteristike, dileme in rešitve. Prva pripoved razkriva razvoj zasnove stabiliza-cijskega mehanizma in preučuje izbiro političnih voditeljev za to specifično ureditev, pa tudi njihovo odločitev, da na začetku kri-ze niso prestrukturirali grškega dolga. Druga pripoved obravnava problem vzdržnosti dolga in preučuje izbiro za njegovo prestruk-turiranje. Tretja pripoved je vključena v kontekst vse bolj konfron-tacijskih pogajanj, ki so vodila v tretji grški program leta 2015.
