Evropska Unija in socialni dialog
Izvleček
Članek prikazuje rezultate analize značilnosti pravne podpore razvoja »evropskega socialnega modela«. osrednja pozornost te analize je usmerjena k preučevanju dosežene kakovosti »evropske-ga socialnega dialoga«, ki je skupaj s socialnim dialogom v državah članicah temelj ekonomske demokracije v Evropi. Na temelju ana-lize pravnih aktov organov EU je ugotovljeno, v kakšnem obsegu so na tem področju doseženi cilji uveljavljanja evropskega socialnega modela in kakšne so možnosti razvoja te tematike v prihodnosti.
