Živalsko vprašanje: med trpljenjem in statusom nečloveških živali
Izvleček
Članek predstavi nekaj izbranih razmislekov o možnostih kla-sičnih metodoloških in normativnih modelov moralnih teorij za vključitev in utemeljitev temeljnih premislekov o živalski etiki. Pri tem so v prvem delu v ospredju utilitaristični pristopi, ki so sicer uveljavljeni ter prevladujoči na področju živalske etike. v drugem delu sledi obrat k nekaterim preostalim, alternativnim pristopom. Pri tem se v misli o živalskem vprašanju vseskozi prepleta dvoje pristopov, pri čemer je prvi univerzalistični, ki skuša pristope poe-notiti na eni sami ravni, drugi pa poskuša različna izhodišča glede živalskega vprašanja misliti izmenjujoče na različnih ravneh.
